We ask that you take note of the following to ensure your spa experience is relaxing and enjoyable:

Herbal teas and water are offered upon arrival.


What to bring:

All linen, towels, bath sheets and robes are provided.

Swimwear is not required for the private spa but you are welcome to wear if preferred.

For pedicures we suggest you bring your own open toed shoes to avoid smudging nail-polish.

For body wraps and scrubs we provide paper g-strings.

If you prefer to wear your own underwear we suggest you bring spares to wear home.


Arrival time:

We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to the time confirmed for your booking in order to fill out a short client card and enjoy a water or herbal tea.

Please understand that late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time.


Cancellation policy:

A credit card number is required to confirm your booking and a deposit of $50 will be taken.

The balance is due on the day of appointment, or at time of booking if preferred.

Cancellations within seven days of appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

If your appointment time is able to be rebooked only a $10 administrative fee will be charged.


 

There are some treatments which cannot be performed on clients with certain medical conditions. Please contact us prior to your treatment date if you have any of the following: pregnancy, shingles, hepatitis, cancer, blood clots, AIDS/HIV.
